chicken with red pepper paste
I am inspired by Michelle G.'s slow roast chicken but some differencies in my recipe so I must explain them.
2 chicken legs
a few fresh pepper
salt, red pepper
2 tbsp red pepper paste or you can use tomato paste
-in a pot mix pepper paste with 1 tbsp oil,red pepper as spice, some water and crushed garlic by spoon
- add chicken legs into this mixture and roll legs in the pot and wait at least untill 30 minutes if you can.
-place chicken in a oven pan
-add diced patatoes, carrots, fresh peppers, garlic, onions (as a ring)
-add spices (salt, red pepper and basil
-add 1,5 glass of water and hazelnut oil by inspection
-and place pan into preheated oven at 180 C at least for an hour
it was yummy for dinner :D
