   get your paper and make a fish shape at one end of the paper.....

   tuck the long piece of paper through the middle of the fish shape and then flatten it.....

   now cut off/fold the short piece of paper in to the middle.....

   next you will need to keep on folding the long strip of paper over and over the pentagon.....

   now you have a tiny tab (if you don't then just start again) with the tab you will need to tuck it under the V shaped fold in the pentagon.....

   nows the bit that you need long nails for.....

   hold the corner of the pentagon

   push in with your nail and there will (should be) a dent going inwards

   do this for all of the sides and then you will have a cool origami star!!
