Fold 1/4 of the paper (I've avoided folding in the middle and then in the middle again, for this would let many creases on the paper)
A little fold parallel to the border. I used a ruller to do that
Fold back till de central vertical axis
Fold the superficial part to the central vertical axis
And repeat on the other side
Fold on the central vertical axis. See the picture
Fold inwards as it is in the picture. That will make the num stand
and there she goes...
