This is an Origami Heart. You only need a rectangular piece of paper, or just use some A4 paper.
This is an Origami Heart. You only need a rectangular piece of paper, or just use some A4 paper.
fold the right corner to the left side of the paper. Do this with the left corner too.
then fold the bottom part that's still not folded half upwards. Then unfold the top part so only the bottom part is folded. Turn over the paper when it's unfolded.
Then fold the top part down across the center of the cross. Like shown on the image. <<<<<<<< Then unfold it again. Turn the paper over when it's unfolded.
Now you have a horizontal line through the cross. Take a side of the horizontal line and fold the line to the middle like shown on the image. <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< Keep it folded and do the same with the other side.
Normally you would become this. <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< Now, take the corners that sticking out now. Pull them to the outside so they meet the folded bottom part.
It will look like this. <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<
take a corner of the just folded part. Fold that corner to the upper point. It would look like this now. <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< Do it with the other corner too.
Fold the left side to the center. It would look like this. <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< Do it again with the other side. Turn the paper over when you did that.
Take the two bottom corners and fold them upwards, so they meet at the center. Now it would look like on the image. <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<
At the top there are three individual flaps, two small ones and a big one. Fold the big one down.
Tuck the two corners you folded earlier into the space inside the big flap.
Fold the two remaining top flaps downwards at an angle. Tuck the corners of those flaps into the space in the big flap too. You would become this. <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< So now you have made your own Origami Heart! Perfect for Valentine's Day.
