Nice & tasty. I used white Oreos but you could easily use the dark chocolate or original ones.

You will need

1 pkt Oreo Cookie 1/4 cup Butter 24 oz Cream Cheese 3/4 cup Sugar 1 tsp Vanilla 1/4 tsp Salt 3 eggs 3/4 cup Soured Cream

Instructions

1. 

   Heat oven 325 degrees. Crush 28 Oreo cookies.

2. 

   Melt the butter. Mix the crushed Oreos & butter together. Press into a tray. Bake for 10 mins then cool.

3. Break, crush or chop 14 Oreos.

4. 

   Mix the cream cheese until soft. Add the sugar & mix for approximately 2 mins.

5. 

   Add the sour cream, vanilla & salt. Mix well.

6. 

   Add the eggs one at a time. Mix well.

7. Fold in the Oreos.

8. 

   Pour on top of the base & bake for 40 mins. It should be still a little jiggly in the middle. Cool completely.

9. 

   cool completely then store in the fridge.

10. 

    Cut & serve.
