I found this pattern somewhere aloooong time ago! I made them for a swap because they are so great for spring!
Cut out one of each of the shapes in the pattern. Then arrange them in a stack and sew or hot glue together. You can use a bead or button to finish off the stack and make it look nice. Then you can add a tiny bit of hot glue to the bobby pin or hair clip. Now wear it around and Enjoy!
