You Will Need

Step 1
First, cut the bottom part of an old dress.

Step 2
After cutting, cut straight lines on the bottom part of your dress, remember not to cut the whole line! Maybe just a little cut.

Step 3
When your finish, pull the strips and normally they will curl up. TADA! here is your new cool scarf!
