Whisk together the egg and cornstarch.
Cut the pre-cooked Quorn chicken into chunks and coat in the egg.
Pour a generous glug of vegetable oil into a frying pan and add the Quorn.
Fry on either side until golden and crispy.
Whisk together the juice from an orange, the soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, balsamic vinegar, toasted sesame oil, sesame seeds, garlic cloves and ginger in a bowl and then mix in the cooked Quorn.
Return to the frying pan and cook for another minute or two until the sauce has began to reduce and stick to the chicken.
Serve hot with rice or noodles!
