• 

  Step 1

  Draw & cut out a Christmas tree shape and a triangle with sides the same length as the bottom of the tree

• 

  Step 2

  Cut out 1 triangle & 3 trees

• 

  Step 3

  Place or pin two of the Christmas trees together, and blanket stitch down the side in a contrasting thread

• 

  Step 4

  Place or pin the third tree against he other side and blanket stitch down the side

• 

  Step 5

  Make a knot in the cord to hang the decoration

• 

  Step 6

  Put the knot of the cord inside the top of the three trees & sew through it a couple of times to secure it

  The blanket stitch the final side of the tree

• 

  Step 7

  Stuff the inside really well, make sure you pack it down and get it into each of the 'branches' so you get a nice shape

• 

  Step 8

  Place/pin the triangle to the bottom of the tree & blanket stitch round

• 

  Step 9

  When you're finished do a couple of stitches to secure it & then bring the thread back through the tree to finish off

• 

  Step 10

  Decorate your tree with sequins, buttons, bells, beads, whatever you want! I used loads of little bits & bobs I had about :)

  Step 11

  All finished!
