One Piece (Anime) Picture Frame

One Piece Manga Picture Frame- share your love of anime!
I made this for my son for Christmas. I'll be including pictures of his best friends from their earliest pics as little boys to current pics- to take with him when he joins the Army in a few months.

I picked up the picture frame at the dollar store. The remaining supplies I had lying around the house. It might help to use Elmer's glue for the rounded circular pattern- its hard to get the paper to lay correctly.
