Good for eating with your favourite flavoured oil.

You will need

225 g Self-Raising Flour 6 fl oz or 170 ml Greek Yogurt 3 eggs Room temp 6 tbsp Olive Oil 3/4 cup or 150 g Olives Salt Pepper

Good for eating with your favourite flavoured oil.

Instructions

1. 

   Heat oven 350/180 degrees. Whisk eggs until pale & creamy.

2. 

   Add salt, pepper, olive oil, yogurt. Stir through.

3. 

   Fold in flour.

4. 

   Fold in olives.

5. 

   pour into a tin. Bake for 35 mins.

6. 

   Cut & serve.
