Easy as 1.. 2.... 3!!!

Instructions

1. 

   Lay out a tank top. it doesnt have to be old, since there is no sewing. so u can always were it again later(: flip it inside out

2. 

   now tie the bottem with a rubber band

3. 

   turn it inside out. The rubber band tail thingy is now invisible (its inside ur bag) and u have a new bag!!! :D
