Inspired by sea foam, this classic cocktail combines Shetland Reel Ocean Sent with orange blossom water, lemon, lime, egg white and cream for a frothy Ocean Scent Gin Fizz.

You will need

2 oz Shetland Reel Ocean Sent Gin 2 oz Cream ½ oz Simple Syrup 1 Egg White 4 drop Orange Blossom Water Lemon Lime Soda Water Ice

Inspired by sea foam, this classic cocktail combines Shetland Reel Ocean Sent with orange blossom water, lemon, lime, egg white and cream for a frothy Ocean Scent Gin Fizz.

Instructions

1. 

   Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the gin.

2. 

   Squeeze in the juice from a lemon.

3. 

   Squeeze in the juice from a lime.

4. 

   Add the simple syrup, orange blossom water, egg white and cream.

5. 

   Shake really well and then strain into two cocktail glasses.

6. 

   Top with soda water and serve.
