A gin fizz with lemon, lime, orange blossom, egg white and cream
Inspired by sea foam, this classic cocktail combines Shetland Reel Ocean Sent with orange blossom water, lemon, lime, egg white and cream for a frothy Ocean Scent Gin Fizz.

Step 1Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the gin.

Step 2Squeeze in the juice from a lemon.

Step 3Squeeze in the juice from a lime.

Step 4Add the simple syrup, orange blossom water, egg white and cream.

Step 5Shake really well and then strain into two cocktail glasses.

Step 6Top with soda water and serve.
