Nye Tutu Dress

I wanted to dress up all princessy on NYE. I wanted a ballerina style dress like the ones I saw on Etsy (the shop is Ouma), but they were out of my budget. So I made a knock off. I'm sure my technique is different and my materials aren't nearly as nice, but I still felt all pretty on New Year's Eve. I even made a matching headband that was eaqually over the top. The sweater and tank top were store purchases that I paired with it. It takes some time though because of the many, many hand pleated layers of tulle.

You Will Need (5 things)
- 1 basic or fancy Sewing Machine to attach tulle to ribbon waist.
- 1 you will use Thread to sew on the waistband and pleat the fabric.
- 1 coordinating color or not of Ribbon to make the waistband and tie closure. You need enough to go around your waist and easily tie.
- of Tulle any color you like. The number of layers depend on desired fullness and how you want to wear it.
