Nutritious Shake on the Go!
I was bored today, so I decided to 'shake up'. As I checked out my fridge, I had this idea:) Enjoy!
Slice the avocado in half and discard the seed.
Scoop out the fruit and place in blender.
Slice the kiwi, scoop out the fruit and place in blender. Set aside.
Pour the skim milk into blender.
Add the brown sugar(or syrup/sweetener/condensed milk).
Pour water and shake it up (Low speed)!!
Yellow Bird (1 Mango, 1 Banana)
Pear-coholic (2 Pears, 1 shot rum or mudslide, omit the skim milk and sugar)
Blue Barracuda (Handful of blueberries and grapes)
Sweet Summer (1 Orange, 1 Cucumber, baby carrots)
President (Handful of strawberries and raspberries, 1 dash of strawberry daiquiri, omit the skim milk and sugar, add more crushed ice, 1 dash of syrup)
