Took 1/2hr to make and bake. Made for a festive season like Christmas :)

Step 1
Pre-heat the oven to gas mark 5.

Take your butter and sieved caster sugar, and cream it together in a bowl.

Beat in the egg, sieved flour, salt, baking powder and spices into the sugar butter mix. Mix it well!

Line a baking tray with grease proof paper (i greased it with butter as last time the paper stuck to the cookies)and with a table spoon, spoon a splodge of mixture onto it. Leave 3-4cm space between each one.

I had to use 2 baking trays in the end. Put in the oven for roughly 10-15mins or until golden brown. Decorate with icing or just sprinkle coco powder or sugar powder on top. And Voila :)
