This is a good tasting Icecream. You can add hazelnuts to it if you like. If you add the Nutella in at stage 2 you get a smooth chocolate ice cream, if you add the Nutella at stage 4 you get chocolate ice cream with small chunks of Nutella through it. Both ways taste delicious.

You will need

2 eggs 2/3 cup Sugar 2 cup Heavy Cream 1 cup Milk 3/4 cup Nutella 1 tsp Vanilla
Optional
1/2 cup Hazelnuts Chopped

Description

Instructions

1. 

   Whisk eggs, vanilla & sugar until light & fluffy.

2. 

   Mix in the milk & cream. (You can add the Nutella now & mix through for smooth chocolate ice cream.)

3. 

   Pour into the ice cream machine.

4. 

   add the Nutella now for chunky chocolate ice cream. Churn according to your machine instructions, approx 50 mins.

5. You can add 1/2 cup of crushed hazelnuts if you wish.

6. 

   Transfer to a freezer tub until needed.

7. 

   Serve.
