Had seen ideas like this floating around online, and decided to make my own version. Cam out as a delicious Christmas morning breakfast that wasn't overly heavy!

You Will Need (9 things)

  • 1 ½ cup Milk
  • 2 Egg(s)
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • Nutella
  • Whipped Cream
  • Chocolate
  • 1 cup Flour
  • Coconut Oil

Steps (4 steps, 60 minutes)

  1. 1

Mix all ingredients up until salt. This mixture can be used immediately or stuck in the refrigerator for a day or two, it is a basic crepe recipe.

  2. 2

Pour just enough crepe batter into a hot pan to cover the bottom. When the edges are browning and dry, place crepe on plate. Do with all the batter, I made about 8 total crepes (although they were a little thick).

  3. 3

Mix nutella and whipped cream together until it is a light fluffy mixture (I put the nutella in the microwave first to make it more liquid). Between each crepe spread a layer of nutella mixture.

  4. 4

Put chocolate (I used chips) in a microwave save bowl with a little coconut oil, or butter, and heat 15 seconds at a time, stirring in between, until smooth. Drizzle across the top of your crepe cake and enjoy!
