Based on Nutella Cookies by Francesca F.
Because I used a single dough circle, put the Nutella in the center and then folded it over and sealed the edges with a fork, mine look like little empanadas. I also iced them with melted white chocolate for extra decadence. These cookies definitely earned my husband's seal of approval!
