Non Fried Paneer Chilli (Indo Chinese)

15 min paneer(cottage cheese) chilli you do not have to deep fry these in order to enjoy a tasty spicy chilli

Prepare the paneer: ->Heat half a litre of water in a pot. ->When it comes to boil, add 1 tspn of salt and all the paneer cubes into it. ->Let it boil for 2 minutes. (If your paneer was frozen let it stay in the water for 5 minutes.) ->Drain water and keep the paneer aside. For the sauce ->Heat oil in a pan. ->Turn flame to high. ->Add the ginger and garlic. Sauté for a minute and add the green chillies. ->Add the onion and bell peppers. Sauté for two more minutes -> Add all the sauces. Adjust salt and toss in the paneer. Coat it well with sauces. ->Garnish with chilli flakes and serve hot
