Instructions

1. take one tbs of salt and pour it into a glass add warm water and stir

2. now take a swig and swish it around in your mouth, I try to gurgle it about a minute. then spit out, swig some clean water and then take another swig of the mix, gurgle and spit. then brush your teeth
