No Sew Tutu (Version)

Version of the Lovely No-Sew Tutu
Decided too be a fairy for halloween ^_^

I used a mix of colours for this one and learnt very quickly that if you use the wrong type of netting then you're going to have to sew a lining for underneath, otherwise it can be SO itchy
