Just Thought I'd Make A Quick Tutorial. It Looks Like Alot Of Steps But It's Not Really I Was Just Being Thorough. I Tried Explaining Things...If You Have Questions Feel Free To Ask.

Instructions

  1. Small 11405

To Make This Tutu You'll Need: Tulle - 2 Yards Of Each Color But You Probably Won't Use It All. Elastic Measuring Tape Strong Quilting Needle Thread - I Use White A Clip - Optional, I Use It To Hold The Elastic Together.

  2. Small 11406

Take Your Elastic & Measure It To The Length You'd Like It To Be. This Is Usually A Waist Measurement That Someone Has Given Me Because I Don't Make These For Myself.

  3. Small 11407

Clip Or Hold The Ends Together & Sew Them. It Doesn't Have To Look Perfect Just Make Sure It's Secure.

  4. Small 11408

Take Your Tulle & Cut It Into Strips. For This One I Used Bright Blue, Green, Purple, & Hot Pink.

  5. Small 11409

I Stretch My Elastic Across The Back Of A Chair. Or If You're Making A Small One, For Say A Child, You Can Stretch Around Your Thigh.

  6. Small 11410

Fold The Strips In Half & Loop It Around The Elastic By Pulling The Ends Through The Loop.

  7. Small 11411

Keep Repeating Step 6 With As Many Colors As You Choose. I'm Choosing To Use 2 Of Each Color To Make The Colors More Prominent.

  8. Small 11412

Keep Adding And Adding And Adding...

  9. Small 11413

Here's The Final Product. This Was Made For A 32 Inch Waist But Will Stretch To Much Larger.
