A healthy energy bite that is gluten-free and vegetarian.
These cookies are packed with healthy and hearty ingredients that will keep you going for hours! Plus, you do not have to feel guilty indulging in a few.

  • Step 1

    In a medium bowl, mix together all your ingredients. If the mixture is too dry, add more wet ingredients such as honey or peanut butter (more of a binding agent.) If the mixture is too wet, add in additional dry ingredients!

  • Step 2

    Cover, and place in refrigerator for about an hour (30 minutes was not long enough for me.)

  • Step 3

    Measure out "dough" by the tablespoonful and roll into balls.
