Easy reconstruction... How-to on request
I've had this idea in my head for a while and needed to get it out of my system! Really easy, but doesn't really suit me :/
Oh well it was a really fun project!

The best thing about this project is that you don't need to add any hems because they're already there from the original T shirt.

It won't let me do individual steps, so the pictures are at the top.
Red line indicates a cut, black line indicates a straight stitch.

    1) Ok, So get your T shirt! I got a mens large, and it made fairly tight garment on me (size 10/12), but really the bigger the better.

You also need about a foot of elastic, tailors chalk and some good fabric scissors.

2)Find the middle of the tee, and mark this. Draw a straight line about 2-3 inches straight up. Straight stitch accross this (like the picture) about 1cm long.
Now cut along the line you previously drew, stopping just before your stitch.

    3) Turn the tee inside out and straight stitch along the cuts to form 2 legs. You now have a basic playsuit.

4)Turn the playsuit the right way round and ON THE BACK draw a straight line from one armpit to the other. Cut along this line, being careful NOT to cut through to the other side.

5)Now on the front, continue the line from the armpits to the collar of the shirt. Be sure to keep the collar intact!

6)Tear 2 long strips from the bit you just cutt off and stitch them together at one end. Attatch a safety pin at one end and use this to thread this ribbon through the collar.
Add some elastic to the back panel to stop it from gaping open.
    And you're done!
