that's the pattern for the whole body. the eyes are pretty simple, just cut a long oval flesh colored felt like the one above and paint 2 black dots to make the eyes. or you can use anything you want, like small buttons, whatever you like. and the rest, like the belt and the shuriken, i used felt. and for the sword, i used a toothpick and covered it with cloth from old tshirts. I used glue gun to attach everything since I'm too lazy to sew. (and suck at it too) Sorry, i'm not really good at explaining. feel free to ask anything you don't understand!
