4 oz Baby Arugula 2 oz blanched Haricot Vert 2 oz Boiled fingerling Potato cut in 4 3 Baby Tomatoes halved ½ oz Capers 5 -6 Kalamata Olives 2 -3 cloves roasted Garlic 1 Soft boiled Egg
