Oh WOW! You know, I've seen that Lip Service skirt, and I loved it, but I'm a full figured girl with big hips and well...the skirt didn't come in my size. I think I prefer this version anyway! I'll have to find someone who can teach me to sew
i bought it at a german chain store called new yorker, something like h&m or other cheaper stores... but i know that several fabric stores have normal cotton fabric with this print!! i think it will work too, the ruffles will just be a bit stiffer
