This is a sweet cinnamon cake. It is great served with tea or coffee.

You will need

Crumb
2 1/2 cup Plain Flour 1 cup Brown Sugar 1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon 1 cup Butter
Cake
1 1/2 cup Plain Flour 1/2 cup Sugar 2 1/2 tsp Baking Powder 1/2 tsp Salt 2 tbsp Oil 1/2 cup Milk 2 tsp Vanilla 1 Egg
Topping
Icing Sugar

Description

This is a sweet cinnamon cake. It is great served with tea or coffee.

Instructions

1. 

   Heat oven 160 degrees. Crumb... Mix flour, brown sugar & cinnamon together.

2. 

   Add butter. Mix through. Set aside.

3. 

   Cake... Mix flour, salt, sugar & baking powder together.

4. 

   Mix together oil, milk, vanilla & egg.

5. 

   Combine wet & dry ingredients together.

6. 

   Pour into a tray.

7. 

   Crunch the crumb over the cake. Bake for 30 mins until cooked through. Allow to cool completely.

8. 

   Sprinkle with icing sugar.

9. 

   Cut & serve.
