Step 1Heat oven 160 degrees.
Crumb...
Mix flour, brown sugar & cinnamon together.

Step 2Add butter.
Mix through.
Set aside.

Step 3Cake...
Mix flour, salt, sugar & baking powder together.

Step 4Mix together oil, milk, vanilla & egg.

Step 5Combine wet & dry ingredients together.

Step 6Pour into a tray.

Step 7Crunch the crumb over the cake.
Bake for 30 mins until cooked through.
Allow to cool completely.

Step 8Sprinkle with icing sugar.
