SOOOOOO EASY
Ok soo you probably don't need a tute, but I did 1 anyway :) the first pic is the bracelet on, and the second is the bracelet unwrapped. Sorry about the lack of pics.

You Will Need

Step 1
just get two pieces of cool bright ribbon (one thicker)

Step 2
-cut slits about an inch apart in the thicker ribbon
-make sure the smaller ribbon can fit through the slits -
Step 3
weave the thinner ribbon through the slits in the thicker ribbon.

Step 4
tie the bracelet around your wrist with a bow
