Based on Necktie Feathers Tutorial by Outi Les Pyy (previously OutsaPop Trashion)
The necktie feathers project inspired me to do it to a garment that's going to be in my FD2 class. This is just a sample of it but I was too excited to wait till the end for a picture lol. My pin cushion Mr. Turtle somehow got into the shot :P
