Find something round and sturdy like this dog toy and a nautical hook like this cast iron cleat.
Take some rope and wrap it all the way around the dog toy.
Then continue to wrap the rope around your hook by criss-crossing to make it secure. We also used a burning tool to burnish the ends so the rope doesn't fray.
Attach the hook to the wall and it's done!
