You Will Need
For the pancakes
1 cup
Plain Flour
1 cup
Milk
1
Egg
2 tsp
Baking Powder
½ tsp
Salt
1 tsp
Vegetable Oil
Butter
for frying
For the cinnamon swirl
4 tbsp
Butter
2 tsp
Cinnamon
¼ cup
Light Brown Sugar
For the cream cheese glaze
4 tbsp
Butter
¾ cup
Icing Sugar
2 oz
Cream Cheese
½ tsp
Vanilla Extract

Step 1Whisk together the flour, milk, egg, baking powder, salt and vegetable oil into a thick batter and scrape into a pouring jug.

Step 2Melt the butter in a small sauce pan and stir in the cinnamon and brown sugar until they dissolve. Pour into a piping bag.

Step 3Make the cream cheese glaze by melting together cream cheese and butter and then stirring in the vanilla extract and icing sugar.

Step 4Melt some butter in your frying pan and then pour a quarter of the batter in to your pan.

Step 5When the pancake begins to form, pipe a cinnamon swirl on top.

Step 6The pancake is ready to flip when air bubbles appear on top.

Step 7Flip your pancake and cook on the bottom until golden.

Step 8Serve with a drizzle of the cream cheese glaze.
