Cut out a piece of black fabric that goes around your head so you can tie it as a headband. Hem if necessary.
Cut out a rounded rectangle shape from cardstock and cover it with foil.
Using black sharpie, draw on the village symbol and the pins.
Glue the "metal" piece onto the headband.
