Decorate your pencils with colorful napkin!
You need napkins, glue, white glue or decoupage glue and pencils!!!
Colored the napkins as you wish.
When the napkins dry, cut out strips in size such the pencils.
Stuck the strip on the pencil. With your finger crossed over the pencil white glue or decoupage glue to fixed it.
Ready the colorful pencils!
