You Will Need
napkin
pencils
acrylic ink

Step 1You need napkins, glue, white glue or decoupage glue and pencils!!!

Step 2Colored the napkins as you wish.

Step 3When the napkins dry, cut out strips in size such the pencils.

Step 4Stuck the strip on the pencil. With your finger crossed over the pencil white glue or decoupage glue to fixed it.

Step 5Ready the colorful pencils!
