You will need

1 Clear Nail Polish 1 Top Coat Nail Polish 1 Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Purple Nail Polish of each color you chose Light Color Ribbon 1 Light Color Ribbon of each color you use 1 Scissors 1 black Headband 1 Hot Glue Gun And Sticks

1. 

   1) make sure you have clean nails to polish 2) put to layers of clear nail polish on and let dry completlety 3) apply red a 1/4 from the top of your nail(at the tip of ur nail) 4) apply a thin layer of orange 1/8 form the top. 5) repeat intill all your nails are done with all the colors 6) put 2 to 3 layers of a top coat on your nails so the polish doesn't come off andlet dry completley 7) your done now time for ribbon part of this project

2. 

   1)take your black head beand a put aside 2)take your ribbon and cut about 10-5 inches of ribbons and make it into a bow 3) postion your bow where you want it on your head beand and then take the hot glue and glue your bow on and then.....

3. YOUR COMPLETLEY DONE!!!!! YA YA YA YA YA YA
