Step 11) make sure you have clean nails to polish
2) put to layers of clear nail polish on and let dry completlety
3) apply red a 1/4 from the top of your nail(at the tip of ur nail)
4) apply a thin layer of orange 1/8 form the top.
5) repeat intill all your nails are done with all the colors
6) put 2 to 3 layers of a top coat on your nails so the polish doesn't come off andlet dry completley
7) your done now time for ribbon part of this project -
Step 21)take your black head beand a put aside
2)take your ribbon and cut about 10-5 inches of ribbons and make it into a bow
3) postion your bow where you want it on your head beand and then take the hot glue and glue your bow on and then..... -
