You Will Need

Step 1
first of all take your nail polish any nail polish any color

Step 2
then take the lid of and drizzle on the paper in circle and zigzag motions
-
Step 3
wait for it too dry then your done so quick and easy
NOTE: this cannot be done with most paint as they are not wet enough so makes it hard to drizzle

Step 4
the pictures look nice if they are framed and displayed on the wall
