Keep your nails near by while hammering and glue a magnet at the bottom of your handle! This way you know you have them right there, rather than in your mouth, or potentially down your throat. (Note:I did use a rubber band to keep the magnet on so it could set while drying. If you just leave it, it may slip right off if you leave the hammer on its side.)
