• 

  Step 1

  materials

• 

  Step 2

  cut 7 circles making each one smaller than the last

• 

  Step 3

  now take your lighter and burn around each circle so it will curl up slightly

• 

  Step 4

  each circle should look like this so far

• 

  Step 5

  now dab glue in the center of each circle and stack

• 

  Step 6

  dab some glue on top add pearls or anything really

• 

  Step 7

  making it in to a headband cut a circle and strip from felt

• 

  Step 8

  glue the circle piece right on to the back of your flower

• 

  Step 9

  now take the strip and only glue down the two longer sides this is where your headband will slip through

• 

  Step 10

  and then your done

• 

  Step 11
