I have always been a fan of My Little Pony and love to do crafts where I can involve them. I came up with a cool idea; to cheer up some plain pillow cases by embroidering the adorable characters onto them. I didn't have a pattern so looked on the internet for images, using the original 1980s ponies as they are the cutest! Then I used my laptop screen as a sort of lightbox, and carefully traced the outline onto the pillowcase in pencil. Finally I embroided the patterns on, using the closet matched colours I could find. I think they came out pretty well. :) I chose to do Masquerade (yellow pony) and Moondance (blue pony), but you can choose any pony you like!
