Cut Out + Keep

My Frankenstein Necklace: Turqouise & Pewter Look

Turquoise and Pewter, long necklace

I call this creation "My Frankenstein Necklace" because I used parts from atleast 5 other necklaces. I took apart chains, pendants and parts from a brooch to create this. I am not a fan of short necklaces, so I simply used the clasps of each chain to link to eachother. I prefer my jewelry to have a hint of an unbalanced and messy look. In my opinion that gives it more personality. Sorry for the poor quality photos. Hope you enjoy!! :)

Instructions

  1. Use some needle nose pliers to take apart your chains/necklaces. use wire to wrap your pendant so that it can slide onto your chain. You can use jump rings to attach other peaces to hang higher on other areas of your chain. I hope this helps to inspire!!
