You Will Need

Step 1snag a button down blouse & some tulle (or lace)
*I funked up my denim shirt with a bit of bleach before snipping & stitching
-
Step 2chop off the sleeves as close to the seams as possible
-
Step 3grab some scrap tulle (or lace) & place it over one side of the shirt
-
Step 4stitch it on, chop off the excess & repeat with the other side
-
Step 5carefully stitch around the pockets & cut out the tulle
-
Step 6and your fab vest is complete!
