F/L- Front Loop
B/L- Back Loop
Slst- Slip StitchChain 154
dc around chain 2 and turn
dc around in both loops, chain 2 and turn
dc in F/L chain 2 and turn
dc around in both loops, chain 2 and turn
dc in B/L chain 2 and turn
And continue til you get the length you want, should make a soft rippling affect.
Boarder
slst in chain, chain 2 and 3 dc in each st around.
then dc in each st to make a ruffle boarder.
