White Swan (Natalie Portman) inspired.. It was pretty easy and the materials are very affordable.. :) thanks Elizabeth for the inspiration.. We were thinkin' of a different get up for my daughter's halloween party and thought of the white swan.. pretty and really unique.. Materials: feathers (bought from a local costume store for php180 (2packs)) tulle (3 yards, php35 per yard white cloth (1 yard for the lining and head dress, php20 per yard)- since the tulle's texture is kinda rough hot glue and some beads i found in my sewing kit black headband == Created a tulle skirt.. glued feathers around the waist Plain sleeveless shirt.. glued feathers around the neckline Head piece Cut 2 leaf shaped white clothe (3 layers each head piece to make it thicker), glued feathers all over it, glued a piece of tulle and beads as well (for accent) .. both were glued on the sides of the headband..
