Mustard & Pickle French Toast

Honey mustard, parmesan and dill pickle French toast!

You will need

2 Eggs 2 tbsp Honey Mustard 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce 100 g Parmesan Cheese plus extra for serving 1 tbsp Dried Herbs 4 slices of Sourdough Bread 4 Large Pickles Salt and Pepper

Instructions

1. 

   Crack two eggs into a dish and whisk with a fork.

2. 

   Whisk in the mustard and Worcestershire sauce.

3. 

   Grate in the parmesan and add the herbs.

4. 

   Whisk together.

5. 

   Place a slice of sourdough bread in the mix.

6. 

   Top with thinly sliced pickle.

7. 

   Cook the bottom of the sourdough in a hot frying pan coated with butter and spoon more of the mix on top of the pickles.

8. 

   Cook each side for 3 minutes or so until golden, carefully flipping over so that the pickles don't fall off.

9. 

   Serve with a fresh grating of parmesan and season with salt and pepper.
