Roll our the puff pastry into a large rectangle. Spread with wholegrain mustard and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
Arrange the Quorn sausages in rows and lines, leaving enough pastry to the right to wrap into a roll. Score down the pastry on the left hand side of the sausages and along the bottom edge of the sausages.
Roll each sausage into the pastry.
Score each sausage roll along the top with a knife.
Brush with milk and sprinkle with some dried herbs.
Bake at 220'C for 15 minutes until golden.
Serve hot or cold - both are delicious!
